Looks a lot like Christmas in Nashville

Nashvillians David Parker, Martha Gail Smith, Dru Smith Fuller, Melanie Hampton and Alvin Fox met Dec. 3 to celebrate an early Christmas at Shoney's near Titans Stadium.

Wasn't today's luncheon fun? It was just what we needed. I enjoyed so much seeing everybody. Having a reserved room was so much better. We could hear and see each other. I think that it is probably good that not everybody can come every time, because a smaller group is much easier to handle and makes visiting easier.

I am already looking forward to our next one!

Thanks to Dru for putting our group picture on the blog.

Love,

David

Dian Warren makes a difference

Hi Dru,

Tell Marjorie that I support her and her granddaughter fully.  I had no idea this program was available.  I'm  a breast cancer survivor, 12 yrs., and my stepdaughter was diagnosed at 39.  She  has survived as well.  When it happens in our families, it brings us to the realization that we need friends and family.  Go Sydney!

Thanks Marjorie for giving me the opportunity of making a difference in your granddaughter's life!

Marjorie Fowler: Need your help!!!!

Majorie Fowler, Chattanooga High School Class of 1959

Majorie Fowler's grandkids

Please I appeal to each of you who are my Facebook friends (or CHS '59 classmates) to go to the following website today, and read what it says. http://dungan.blogspot.com then click on Dad's diary and read the entry for Dec.1 "Lunch for a Cure-the rebirth of purpose". If you can find it in your hearts to help us out it will be so appreciated!...!! I hate to beg ,but it is money for cancer research and just might save my little eight year old granddaughter's life........by the way---it is 100% tax deductible. Oh, I forgot to ask you to make the donation in honor of Sydney Dungan and she will get credit for it!!

Thanking you in advance!!  Marjorie Fowler (Class of '59)
