Dru, friendship renewal and making is the most wonderful part of the reunion. Over and again I am finding that I had good taste when I was young. I still like the people that I liked at school! But life got busy, miles separated, duty called and we lost touch. Maybe at this stage in my life I've learned about the importance of friends and perhaps I'm more receptive and take the time to do something simple like write a message that I might not have done when I was younger. On the other side of the coin, I'm making friends of school acquaintances. I knew some of our classmates's names but I didn't really know them.You are an example of that. I'm really enjoying the friendships that are being renewed and built through committee work on the reunion.
