I just saw Barbara and Jerry (Potter) at Ryans Friday.
My husband John and I went to their table to talk. I invited her to come to lunch with the 59ers and she said let her know by phone since she didn't have Internet.
They sounded like there were really enjoying retirement. We went through Jr Hi and High School together as friends.
My sincere sympathy goes out to Jerry. Please keep my husband in your prayers. He has been in the hospital since Mon. with a large blood clog. Since he is a kidney transplant recipient they have to be careful how they treat it. They said they were going the safe but slow way.
