Christmas Message from Marsha Moore Cunningham
Wishing all a wonderful Christmas with lots of sparkle and good cheer! May the year ahead hold much joy and peace and the spirit of the Season last all through the year.
The Christmas Gala seemed especially delightful and I quite agree with David that it possibly was the best ever! Thanks David, and all you photographers for sharing the event with those of us who were unable to join in the festivities. It stirred up special memories and was very nostalgic for me. The class of ‘59 is so Fine!!
Susie, Oh my, what a great job you did in organizing the event!! You are just the best and many many thanks to all who keep us connected in great ways with pics, etc. on our terrific Blog!
My Warmest Wishes,
Marsha Moore Cunningham

Dru, here are a few more pictures that may not have been seen before. It was so good that you could come down and be with us.
You have been such a big part in keeping this Rolling Reunion alive and we all appreciate you so much. We seldom get to see you in a picture and this is a good one of you. Please be sure and publish it on the blog.

Don Perry's Christmas Greeting
Don Perry with Mickey Cobble |
I was glad to read all the comments from our veteran classmates.
I also served in the Navy from 1962-66. I was on a refrigerated cargo ship for a couple of years, and a submarine during the Vietnam Conflict. All in all a great experience.
I would also like to say how much I enjoyed the luncheon last week. It was great to see people I haven't seen for such a long time. Thanks to Mickey Cobble for alerting me.
Merry Christmas to all!
Don Perry
Thanks, David!

Robert Curry says Merry Christmas!
Suzy & Robert Curry |
I am sorry I didn't get to the latest CHS party but I enjoy reading all the stuff on the blog. It is funny because I knew very few of those people and they sure didn't know me. Of course I knew the usual suspects from Lookout and St. Elmo, you, Mary and Nancy.
I also knew Lew Waddy but he and most of the group that get together must have been busy doing something other than what I was participating in. Like drinking beer at the Broad Street Drivein! Chasing around race tracks with Bob Marshall and Bill Douglas. Hanging around with Red Dickson down on south Broad Street playing with Go Carts in the Red Food Store parking lot. And sundry other righteous activities. Have a great Christmas.
