1.Each event chair person is asked to appoint or take a least 5 digital pictures of his/her event for the blog.
2. Creed Bates' picture will be in the hospitality suite, persons will place in a container and a drawing will be held to award the picture. Vicki White is in charge of setting up the drawing.
3. Parking at the school is where the track field once was. The handicapped entrance and elevator is diagonally across from the gym. It is a new entrance. The door to the cafeteria is in the same place but there are steps.
4. The committee will be recognized at the banquet by standing for applause.
5. Anne Johnson will keep the banner created by Pat Crawford, and the CD of the class pictures from the annual.
6. The purpose of the ribbon to designate the committee is that committee members are to act as hostesses and will assist classmates in any way possible. Committee members will carry cell phone numbers of other committee members.
7. 20 are attending WWW, 12 are attending the Brew Tour.
8. Cash is required to buy special drinks at both private clubs—Chattanooga Golf and CC and the Fairyland Club: no credit cards may be used.
Thanks, Anne

Subject: minutes of our last reunion planning meeting We held our final reunion planning meeting on Thurs, May 7th at the Choo Choo with the following classmates present: Carolyn Tuley Darr, Gaynell Hixson Smith, Lew and Ann Tyer Waddey, Anne Johnson, Susie Turner Crouch, Linda Rhoden McKinney, Carol Cameron Ackerson, Nancy Poole Klein, Della Hallum Dowd, Lloyd Stanley, Jerry and Barbara Potter, Vicki Daniel White and Carolyn Thomas Presswood.

Anne J called the meeting to order and passed out the agenda, a list of committee members cell tel#'s and a report from Sharon Barker Tunnell about the directory. She also announced that the comm members will have a ribbon on their name tags to designate them as such.

Susie announced that we have we have 230 registered and out of those, approximately 3/4 are classmates. Susie also gave a report on Sat night at the country club. The cash bar and the photographer will be in the club's living room. There will be complimentary wine, red and white, at ea. table. Susie ordered sheet cakes from Federal Bakery for dessert. Carolyn T Darr volunteered to pick those up.

For those going to the river cruise and/or the aquarium, Kent has bought parking passes that will be available. There are 95 registered for the river boat cruise. Eighteen have signed up for the aq. tour

Carol is making signs for the different venues to help direct everyone. We will carry the banner that Pat D. Crawford made and display it at the various events. Susie will reimburse her $156 for the materials she used. Vicki suggested that we also use "star" balloons to mark the entrance to old CHS to further direct us. We will enter from the back of the bldg.

Anne reminded us that we have to stop at the desk and get a key to get into the bldg where the hospitality suite is located. There will be several there ea. day. The h. suite will be closed Sat a.m. for all to go to CHS and it will be open 3-5 Sat afternoon.

Anne showed us 10 large boards where memorabilia can be attached and displayed. Della offered to help set those up in the h. suite.

We read thru Sharon's note about the directory. There are already 175 printed along with an addendum for updates. The directory will be complimentary for those who have paid and registered. It will be available at H Landing Fri night and also at the club on Sat. Sharon and Tom Wilson (with his staff) put it together. It includes names, addresses, e-mails and tel #'s along with a photo of those who sent one in.

Gaynell gave a report on the Fri night shuttle bus. The first pick up will be at the Choo Choo Hotel 1 at 5:30 and the 2nd at GPS lower fields at 5:45. The bus will return to GPS for overflow. DETAILS ARE ON THE BLOG. There is limited parking at the H.L. club house. We need to save those spaces for the caterers and those who are hauling "stuff", and anyone handicapped or faculty.

Anne told us that Tucker Photography will take candids on Fri night for $35 and will be available for individual or group photos on Sat night. A Memory book of photos will be available for $28.

There will be a picture of Creed Bates hung in the h. suite which you can bid on for a drawing.

We decided to have a "wrap up" meeting in the early fall.
