Subject: Hello from the Mountains
Have so enjoyed others greetings so thought I would put in a little update on 49 years with the '54 class "hunk" I married 1 quarter into UT. We moved to Mississippi for 8 years where all 4 daughters (8 grandchildren) were born and then back to good old Chattanooga to open our own textile business. I reversed roles somewhat and after bringing up the 4 girls got a degree in nursing and continue to practice today as a Clinical Consultant at Unum Disability Insurance Co. Jim hung it up about 10 years ago and enjoys the retired life which I plan to join when we return from our trip to Italy and France (the same weekend as the reunion). Look forward to seeing old friends on Fri and Sat but will be leaving on Sun for our 12 day trip so will miss the Sun event. (picture is from last fall in NC Mtns where we were hiking and spending time with an old '55 CHS friend who loves to share time in his beautiful mountain home in Cashiers,N.C.)
